How are Muvexa ERP and Muvexa AI priced?
Muvexa ERP and Muvexa AI are free for now. The Free and Pro plans apply to Muvexa API only; API Pro costs $99 per app per month.
Is Muvexa API priced per store?
No. Pricing is per app per platform, and both plans allow unlimited authorized stores. One subscription rents one marketplace app on one platform, and every store you connect through that platform then calls without a daily limit.
Why would I rent more than one Muvexa API app?
To spread risk and to group stores. Each rented app is a separate identity with the marketplace, so a restriction on one app does not take every store down at once, and you can keep unrelated stores on separate apps. It does not buy extra call capacity — one rented app on a platform already removes the daily limit for all of your stores there.
Is the free quota 20 calls in total or per platform?
Per connected platform. Free accounts get 20 calls per platform per day, counted across the online console and Muvexa API. Once a platform's quota is used up, calls to that platform receive a 429 quota response until the quota resets at UTC midnight or the account upgrades.
Do I need Pro for API integration?
No. Free and Pro both support backend API integration. Free includes 20 calls per platform per day; Pro provides unlimited calls.
Does Muvexa API store buyer data?
No, on every plan. Request logs keep metadata such as method, path, status and latency, and exclude query strings. Buyer PII and the platforms' buyer restricted-data endpoints are outside Muvexa's proxy surface entirely — this is not a plan limit, so upgrading to Pro does not add access to them.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
You can cancel any time. Refunds are reviewed case by case according to the Muvexa Refund Policy, including duplicate payments, billing errors or technical issues that prevented reasonable use.
